How Interesting...

Wow...look what I found?! My first little write up after my college graduation. (Spring '07) Hope you all enjoy the read!

Isn't it interesting, when your parents and other mentors instilled in you, that a college education is THE WAY to success and a good job...(Raise both hands- anxiously waiting to be called on, to answer), but when you graduate, nine times out of ten that dream job or just a job period , isn't out there for you. INTERESTING. Isn't it interesting how classy females, who carry themselves with decency and respect, with integrity, confidence and they're educated, plus have a love for God, yet they get over looked by men, for the female who lives life unveiled. I assume they rather have someone irresponsible, selfish, no self-worth, and most of all no goals...besides hitting the jackpot!...hmm, INTERESTING...isn't it interesting how a year to two years ago we said we would never do this or try that or go here or there, and all of a sudden we find ourselves doing, going and/or trying that very thing!...INTERESTING...isn't it interesting how the people who we never thought to ever converse with, who did you wrong in the past , who left you hanging and talked about you, ironically, you find them trying to interact with you. They need your advice. They're now checking on you to see how you're doing...NOW THAT'S INTERESTING. This world we live in, where we create our experiences and our memories and the minor or major mishaps; its like a virus. Because, us as human beings, whom we all were created from dust, we tend to let the evil of this world consume us and embrace our way of thinking, our way of treating one another; somehow we gave the evilness of this world the green light to go! Being able to conform to society's way of thinking and society will determine what the meaning of success will be for you & me, which clearly is wrong! It should be determined by the individual and how that person thinks is success. But as I write these things down, I'm realizing that its not the world that screwed us up or gave some of us a one-dimensional mind set, because God created everything on this earth good. Somehow we as a society, a people , changed that. And this is how things ARE SO INTERESTING.
