She serves as event coordinator for her brothers' annual community baseball camp, "Weeks Brother's Holiday Baseball Camp," gymnastics instructor for young girls and Is acting secretary for God House Ministries, where her mother is pastor.

Kaisha Weeks was born to succeed literally and figuratively. It's no accident how Kaisha's impressive career from athletics to the workforce, to now a God fearing woman on a mission to fulfill her God given purpose, has been intriguing. Born and raised in Orlando, Fla., she is a member of a family driven by its faith in God and blessed with athletic acumen. Kaisha has a an amazing story, that began a journey after college graduation, in 2007 up until 2015. Her journey was full of highs and many lows. A post struggling college graduate looking for a job, to, living in the shadows of her brothers (who are Major League Baseball players), which all led to dealing with a moment of depression, to losing a sense of identity and just trying to find her place in an environment full of successful/wealthy individuals. Kaisha always knew God placed something great within her, however, through the difficult periods faced, she lost tract of the promises of God and only focused on her circumstances. Her full story is truly AMAZING. Now, Kaisha has grown so much in her faith, where she had to understand, that she had to go through what she went through, because everything was all apart of the plan. Kaisha was built for this journey, as she knows many others are connected to her purpose and she's now ready to share, empower, uplift and inspire others to seek a purpose-driven life.
